Resolving 'Article Not Found' Errors

If you experience 'Article Not Found' errors when logging into the customer zone for the first time, please follow the instructions below.

Internet Explorer 8


1.    Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu.
2.    Click on Delete Browsing History
3.    Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies check boxes
4.    Click on "Delete"

Internet Explorer 7


1.    Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu.
2.    Click on Delete Browsing History
3.    In the Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files button
4.    In the Cookies section click Delete Cookies button
5.    Click Close when complete

Internet Explorer 6


1.    Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2.    Make sure the General tab is selected.
3.    In the Temporary Internet Files section click Delete Files and Delete Cookies buttons
4.    Click OK when complete
