Implementation services help you through the process of creating your business model in OneOffice from configuring specific parameters and options through to ensuring that you have tested processes from end to end. The implementation consultants' role is to:
- Work with your team to ensure all tasks on the project plan are completed on time
- Show your team how to use the configuration facilities and toolsets
- Advise on building the Conference Room Pilot (CRP)
- Provide guidance and input to your test plans
- Ensure that key employees have necessary training and assistance
