  • Alerts about supply chain events that are relevant to the user, displayed as they occur
  • A browser 'homepage' which can used to display an relevant intranet or internet sites

Media Manager

The OneOffice document management tool that reduces the time and money spent on the production, delivery, storage and retrieval of electronic documents.

  • Supports all OneOffice documents such as invoices, quotations, purchase orders and statements
  • Documents can be formatted to include your company logos, fonts, graphics and additional comments or terms
  • Enables all documents to be sent to recipients by e-mail, fax, or output to a printer prior to mailing
  • Documents may be previewed and updated prior to dispatch
  • Completed documents are indexed and filed in the Document Store
  • The Document Store also holds a wide range of media including PDFs, images and video such as datasheets, product information videos and Proof Of Delivery

Collaboration Manager

The key enabler for Supply Chain Management, Collaboration Manager can pass XML messages between OneOffice and your trading partner's systems. This will automate the flow of transactions between you and your customers and suppliers.
