OneOffice is available in English, French, German and Italian language versions. These
language options are provided as a user specific choice so that it is possible for a company
to have one central system with users in various countries operating the same set of programs
in their own languages.
This multi-lingual capability is important as many Strategix customers operate a multi-national,
multi-company business model supported by a centralised application architecture and single
corporate database. This enables them to manage and share inventory and centralise (or distribute)
key processes such as purchasing in line with the requirements of their business.
This entire OneOffice software model is designed to allow companies to trade in an international
environment, seamlessly enabling and accounting for inter- and intra-company transactions across
frontiers.
The model allows for control of the system from one central point to minimise maintenance and
many of the system management tools can be centralised for ease of system operation. These
include system parameter settings, upgrade procedures, environment maintenance and back-ups.
This centralised management capability allows Strategix customers to present their workers with
easy to use application software with local language help without the need for costly IT operations
staff in every country.
