Mike Creswell, 56, has held the position of Customer Services Director since 1996 and Operations
Director since March 2003.
He gained a BSc Honours degree from the University of London in 1972. With a background of
hardware and software development from his early career in Canada he moved into project management
and operational management. On return to the UK in 1990 he joined Team Systems, part of Misys plc,
as Bespoke Software manager, and later became responsible for consultancy, training, and support
until Team was merged with TIS Software in 1995.
