Agility – that’s what my clients are telling me they’re looking for in managing their
voice/data comms distribution businesses. It used to be that implementing a new big-ticket
ERP/supply-chain system would take years. And implementation costs were often 10x the
initial license costs. Imagine if you’d chosen one of those systems, say, three years
